The Inner Harmony Program (IHP) aims to provide a regular mental health maintenance for the public. Similar to the regular health check up with your family doctor, you may want to ask questions about your current mood state or any other related issues. It is recommended to take at least 2 sessions per year for tracking a healthy psychological state.
If there is any serious psychological problems or mental issues, please consult with your doctor/clinic/hospital. Clients with related issues are recommended to take consultation with hypnotherapist for therapy session, if applicable.
